fn999 Responsible Gaming
fn999 believes gaming should always be enjoyable. Our responsible gaming tools and policies help you play within safe limits.
Our Commitment
Keep Gaming Fun — Not a Problem
Online casino and betting can be a great form of entertainment when enjoyed with the right mindset. At fn999, the wellbeing of every user is our top priority. Gambling is never a source of income or a solution to financial problems — it is simply an optional form of entertainment.
We understand that for some people, betting or casino games can become problematic over time. That is why fn999 has developed a range of effective tools and support systems to help you stay fully in control of your gaming. On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, choose self-exclusion, use the time-out feature, and get support when you need it.
You must be at least 21 years old to register on the fn999 platform and participate in any game. Access by minors is strictly prohibited, and we actively work to enforce this.
Our Tools
fn999's 6 Tools to Keep You Protected
Deposit Limit
Set your own maximum limit on how much you can deposit per day, week, or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and any request to increase it does not take effect straight away — a cooling-off period applies.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, fn999 lets you take a time-out ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period your account will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to participate in any game or bet.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is causing serious problems in your life, apply for long-term self-exclusion. This feature lets you close your account for anywhere from 3 months to permanently, and all marketing messages will stop.
Session Timer
Track how long you are spending in each gaming session. fn999 sends you alerts at set intervals to reduce the risk of spending more time than you intend. You can also set your own session limits.
Activity History
View your complete betting and deposit history at any time. Transparency and awareness are the first steps toward responsible gaming — fn999 keeps a full record of your activity easily accessible.
Direct Support
If you need help using any tool or feel concerned about your gambling, contact our 24/7 live chat and email support team right away. Help is available in both Bengali and English.
Warning Signs
Is Gambling Becoming a Problem?
Problem gambling starts gradually and people often do not realise it themselves. Check whether any of the signs below apply to you or someone close to you.
- You are placing more bets trying to win back money you have lost.
- You have spent more than your budget and are hiding it.
- You are betting with borrowed money from family or friends, or by dipping into your savings.
- You are giving gambling more time and attention than work, family, or studies.
- You feel restless, irritable, or depressed when you are not playing.
- You have tried to stop repeatedly but have not been able to.
- You are betting to escape stress, anxiety, or loneliness.
If one or more of these signs apply to your life, do not delay — contact fn999's support team or activate self-exclusion. Your wellbeing comes first.
Tips for Healthy Play
5 Golden Rules for Playing Responsibly
Enjoy fn999, but follow the rules below and gaming will always be a positive experience.
1. Set Your Budget First
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing. If that amount is gone, stop — do not be tempted to deposit more.
2. Stick to a Time Limit
Set a time limit before each session. Use a timer and take a break when the time is up.
3. Do Not Chase Losses
Trying to recover losses by placing more bets is the most harmful habit of all. Casino games always maintain a house edge over the long run.
4. Keep Gaming in Its Place
Do not put gambling at the centre of your life. Always give priority to family, friends, work, and hobbies.
5. Do Not Play Under the Influence
Drugs or alcohol impair your judgement, which increases the risk of overbetting. Play with a clear head and full awareness.
